  • Onboarding and training are important at Saunders because we want each employee to understand their importance to a team and help them define their purpose in the industry. Connecting them with the proper people and opportunities to strengthen their skills represents Saunders’ culture of Care, Commitment, Collaboration and Community. I enjoy getting to know our employees and witnessing the impact diversity of thought brings to our organization.

Employment Scam Alert:

Please be aware of fraudulent job postings and offers appearing to be from Saunders but are actually an impersonator. Recipients often receive messages from social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn) or generic/ambiguous email addresses stating that Saunders is making them an employment offer. This correspondence can come in many forms. Unfortunately, the scams taking place seek to gather sensitive personal information.

Saunders does not make offers of employment without completing a thorough hiring process. This process includes a phone screening and face-to-face interviews, either via a video conference or at one of Saunders’ official office locations (https://www.saundersinc.com/contact/). Interviews are never conducted at hotels or similar places. Additionally, we would never request submission of payment as part of a legitimate employment offer.

If the message appears suspicious, you should assume that the communication is not from Saunders and is not approved by our company. Additionally, interested candidates can validate all job postings at https://www.saundersinc.com/current-job-openings/. We recommend that you do not respond to the correspondence and do not send money to the perpetrator.

We have reported this matter to the appropriate authorities and are working with our job posting partners to prevent this practice. If you have received one of these offers or believe you have been the victim of fraudulent activity via the internet, we would appreciate you filing a complaint with the Federal Bureau of Investigation – Internet Crime Complaint Center: https://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx.
